If you see inappropriate content or comments or find a user using inappropriate expressions in their profile or elsewhere, please report it by following the steps below.
1. Open the [profile] of the user you wish to report.
*If you wish to report a viewer during a stream, tap the user's name -> tap the icon.
*If you wish to report a streamer, tap the user's name in the upper left corner of the stream.
2. Tap the menu button (the three dots) in the upper right corner of the user's profile.
3. Select [Report] from the user actions menu.
4. Select the reason for reporting the user.
1. Mature/Sexual Acts
2. Self-harm/Life-threatening
3. Slander/Law Violation
4. Copyright Infringement
5. Other Rule Violations
5. Select the corresponding category from step 4 and fill out the details for the report.
1. Example of a report: If you select Mature/Sexual Acts, you can select the following categories:
1. Stream containing mature or sexual content
2. Obscene content
3. Meet-ups
4. Other
2. Topic of the report: Select the appropriate item from the list below:
1. Nickname
2. Profile
3. Icon
4. Header
5. Stream illustration
6. Comment Details
7. Stream Details
6. Enter any further details you believe to be necessary in the text box and then tap "Report".
*Filling out the text box is required when "Other" is selected.
*The report will not be disclosed to the person you reported.
*We will check the report's content and take appropriate action if we determine a problem.
*Please note that we do not individually inform you of the results of our response.
