*If you cannot open the app and cannot reach us, please contact us by email.

- How to contact us from within the app
1. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the [My Page] screen in the IRIAM app.
2. On the [Settings] screen, tap [Feedback and Inquiries].
3. Please fill out the necessary details once the Feedback and Inquiries form appears.
4. Tap the [Send] button in the upper right corner of the Feedback and Inquiries form screen.
5. Your inquiry will be sent.
