The Chibi feature allows you to set an image of a "Chibi" separate from the usual character illustration and switch between them at any time during a livestream.
Note: On IRIAM, a "Chibi" is defined as an illustration that deforms the character that the streamer usually uses in their broadcasts into a version with a body-to-head ratio of about 2-3 heads.
What You Can and Cannot Do with the Chibi Feature
- What You Can Do
- You can upload and stream Chibi images using Illustration Distribution Version 2, 3, or other streaming features.
- You have the ability to switch between the usual character illustration and the mini character image at any time during a stream.
- What You Cannot Do
- This feature is not available for radio streaming.
- You cannot upload only the mini character image without uploading the usual character illustration.
- The mini character's eyebrows, eyes, mouth, and neck cannot be animated.
- You cannot stream exclusively with the Chibi without showing the usual character illustration at all.
- When a new viewer joins a stream using the Chibi, the usual character illustration will be displayed first, and then it will switch to the Chibi.
Specifications for Usable Illustrations
- Basic Specifications
- Image Size: 600px width × 600px height or less.
- Image Format: PNG with a transparent background showing only the character.
- Other Specifications
- The image should be a full-body depiction with a body-to-head ratio of approximately 2-3 heads.
- The character should be facing forward or nearly forward.
- The coloring should be in a simple anime style.
- The illustration should be a deformed version of the streamer’s own character.
Important Notes
- The Chibi images are subject to the same review criteria as previous character illustrations.
- If a standard character illustration is removed due to failing the review process, the associated Chibi image will also be removed.
- The Chibi feature is intended for use with deformed illustrations of the streamer's character. It is not meant to convey other characters or additional information.
