The Sneak Peek feature allows you to check a streamer's profile and watch a short preview of the stream before joining.
The details are as follows.
<What you can do with Sneak Peek>
For Streamers
- You can set Sneak Peek to On/Off for each stream on the stream start screen.
- It is set to On by default.
- When set to Off, Viewers can only take actions such as "View Profile", "Join Immediately", or "Follow".
- If you turn Sneak Peek On, the number of Viewers who used Sneak Peek will be displayed on the result screen after the stream ends.
- You cannot see Sneak Peek viewer information in real time.
For Viewers
- Tapping the stream thumbnail or icon opens the Sneak Peek screen. Sneak Peek starts immediately only for streams with the Sneak Peek setting turned "On".
- You can join streams from the "Home Stream tab", "Search (Streams/Users)", "Following list", "followed user overlay on the Home screen", "Event Ranking", and "Events".
- Sneak Peek is only available for streams with the Sneak Peek setting turned "On".
- You can use Sneak Peek only once per stream for a maximum of 30 seconds.
- Once you use Sneak Peek, you will not be able to use it again for the same stream, regardless of how long you watched.
- You can use Sneak Peek again if the same Streamer starts a different stream.
- During Sneak Peek, you can also check the Number of Viewers at the time Sneak Peek started.
- During Sneak Peek, the Streamer and other Viewers cannot see you.
- Only the total number of Viewers who used Sneak Peek will be recorded on the Streamer's result screen after the stream ends.
- You will not automatically join the stream after Sneak Peek ends.
