At IRIAM, we grant Diamonds to streamers who have been approved for monetization.
To be approved for monetization, you must meet all of the monetization requirements set independently by IRIAM and then submit an application.
＜Requirements for applying for monetization＞
- Stream for at least 15 hours
- Stream on at least 10 days
- Receive at least 5,000 gift points during your streams
- No violations within the last 3 days
You can check your progress toward the monetization requirements by following these steps:
1.On My Page, tap Apply for Monetization under Diamonds Owned.
2.Under Monetization Application, tap Proceed to Monetization Application (the browser app will launch).
3.Your current progress will be shown under Requirements for the Monetization Review.
Once a streamer is approved for monetization, Diamonds are granted based on the evaluation criteria set independently by IRIAM. Each day, the previous day's Cheer Diamonds are granted, and you can exchange them for Points or convert them into cash.
1 Diamond = 1 cent USD in the US.
1 Diamond = 1.4 cent CAD in Canada.

- About monetization approval:
- We usually contact you within one month via the in-app notifications, but depending on the status of your application, it may take longer.
- If we determine that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, your monetization will be denied. We do not provide detailed reasons for denials. If your application is not approved, please check whether you have violated the Terms or the Guidelines.
- About the granting of Diamonds:
- Diamonds are not granted to streamers who have not been approved for monetization.
- Activity prior to approval will be evaluated based on the criteria set independently by IRIAM at the time monetization is approved. Not all activity is necessarily subject to evaluation.
- Once monetization is approved, you can receive Diamonds—including those accrued before approval.
- Because tallying and granting take place overnight, you will be able to check the status of granted Diamonds the following morning or later.
- About canceling or suspending a monetization application:
- Please note that there is no feature to cancel or suspend an application, and as a rule we are unable to handle such requests on an individual basis.
