If camera or microphone permissions are not authorized or if you are using an external microphone, you may run into technical issues. Please try the following possible solutions.
- Restart your smartphone.
- Restart the IRIAM application.
- Make sure that the microphone is not muted in the settings when you stream.
- Check if permissions (microphone and camera) for IRIAM are allowed.
- If you use an external microphone, please check if it is plugged in properly.
If the above solutions do not resolve the issue, please go to [My Page] -> tap the gear icon at the upper right-hand corner -> and fill out the following information in [Feedback and Inquiries].
