If you meet the system requirements and notice that the loading screen does not go away after tapping the Stream button on the home screen and the pop-up message "Camera failed to start." appears, the camera has failed to start for some reason, and the facial expression tracking feature required for an IRIAM stream is unavailable.
The most likely cause of the problem is that the camera start-up depends on the device model you are using. It is challenging to resolve a situation like this, but we would appreciate it if you could try the following:
- Restart IRIAM
- Reboot your device
- Reinstall IRIAM
- Clear the device's cache (for Android only)
