If you use an Android device and the app is forcefully terminated immediately after startup or if a black screen is continuously displayed, please check the following possibilities.
- If USB debugging is enabled in the developer options on your device, please disable it.
- Check if the device meets the system requirements ([FAQ] -> [System Requirements])
If none of the above apply:
- Make sure IRIAM is up to date.
- Check if your smartphone is up to date.
- Check if you have enough storage space left.
- If the issue isn't fixed after trying these methods, your device may not be compatible with IRIAM. Please consider switching to a compatible device.
