Due to a problem with the Google Play Store or App Store, the latest version of the IRIAM application may not be reflected in the store, and updates may not be available on some devices.
If the [Update] button for the IRIAM application does not appear in the store even though an update notification is displayed when the IRIAM app is opened, please try the following.
For Android:
Please try the following if the [Update] button does not appear on the Google Play Store.
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the User Account icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Tap [My apps & games].
4. Tap [See details] under [Updates Available].
5. Tap on [Update] for IRIAM.
*If the Google Play Store displays the message "Not available on your device," you will need to update the Google Play system.
Please update the system using the following method.
- Google Play System Update
Go to Settings on your device, tap Security, and if an update is available, follow the instructions on the screen.
*For detailed instructions, please refer to Google's help page.
*Applicable page: "Get security updates & Google Play system updates" in "Check & update your Android version."
*If you are unable to update using the above method, try clearing the Google Play Store's cache.
- Clear the Google Play Store Cache
Clear the Google Play Store cache by going to Settings on your device, Storage, Apps, Google Play Store, and then clear cache.
*This will erase any settings or temporary information stored on your device. Content purchased on Google Play (apps, music, books, etc.) will remain available after doing this.
For iOS:
Please try the following if the [Update] button does not appear on the App Store.
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your icon in the upper right corner of the Today screen.
3. Swipe down on the displayed screen to refresh the screen.
4. Tap the [Update] button that appears next to the IRIAM app.
