- Switch the internet connection (e.g., switch between 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi).
- Delete unnecessary apps.
- Reinstall the IRIAM app (please review your account details and password in advance before doing so).
*Please check your phone's notification settings for the app if you don't receive a notification.
Also, please note that if you have multiple accounts registered on the same device, all notifications set for each account will be sent to your device.
