IRIAM may be forced to end streams in the following cases:
- Maintenance started
- Inappropriate content was streamed
- The stream was muted for a certain amount of time
- The stream status could not be detected for a certain amount of time
Failure to detect the stream status for a certain amount of time may occur for various reasons, such as the load on your device or an unstable connection with IRIAM's servers.
If "Failed to send stream data. Please restart the app." is displayed at the top of the screen during the stream, there is a high probability that the connection is unstable, so please try the following actions.
Actions that May Help
- Switching the connection (e.g., switching from Wi-Fi to a cellular connection)
- Closing unnecessary apps
- Restarting your device
- Restarting the app
