- Clear the app's cache.
- Restart the IRIAM app.
- Restart your smartphone.
- Close all running apps.
- Switch the internet connection (e.g., switch between 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi).
- Delete unnecessary apps.
- Reinstall the IRIAM app (please review your account details and password in advance before doing so).
If you cannot hear any sound coming from the app, please confirm that your device settings haven't muted the app.
In addition to checking the Android and iOS settings, some models include a physical mute button, so please check that the mute button is not turned off.
