If you are unable to share on X even though you have linked X with IRIAM, please check the following.
For iOS:
If the X icon is not displayed after pressing the "Post" button, the icon may have been hidden due to iOS processing.
Please try the steps below and see if the icon appears.
What to do first:
- Restart your mobile device
Recommended steps to try:
1. Pull up the screen that comes up after pressing the "Post" button.
(Refers to the screen where the X icon would generally be displayed.)
2. Swipe through the apps available from the icons that display, such as AirDrop, and tap "More".
3. After the "Apps" screen is displayed, tap "Edit" in the upper right corner.
4. The X icon should be displayed under "Suggestions" on the Apps screen. Tap the "+" button to the left of the icon.
5. Confirm that the icon has been moved to "Favorites" and tap "Done" at the top right of the screen.
6. With the steps above, the setup is done, and you should be able to select X when sharing.
*If the X icon does not appear in step 4 above, please try the following steps.
1. Long press the X icon displayed on the home screen of your device
2. Tap "Share App" when the menu appears
3. Attempt step 4 in the above "Recommended steps to try" and confirm that the icon is displayed.
If you try the steps above and see no improvement, please go to [My Page] -> tap the gear icon on the top right -> go to [Feedback and Inquiries] and tell us your issue in detail, including what you tried and the results.
For Android:
If you are on an Android device, you cannot use the post button for the share/post feature even if your IRIAM account is linked to X. Please use the "Copy Live Stream Link" under the "Post" button and paste the link directly into the X app.
