If the account information you registered is invalid, a notification to change your account details will be sent to "Announcements" -> "Personal" from the top right corner of the app's home screen.
Please check to see if you have received a notification about an account information change.
If you have, please register the correct account information and apply again.
If you have not received a notification to change your account details, please contact us by going to [My Page] -> tap the gear icon in the top right -> tap [Feedback and Inquiries] and fill out the information below.
- Date and time of when you noticed a lack of payment
- The date, time, and amount of the cash out application
